Leadership Landing Mentoring Program

New leaders are often left to navigate complex dynamics alone. The result: burnout, disengagement, or early resignation. When a new leader fails, it costs on average 2 to 3 times their annual salary. We have designed an 18-month program with 3 distinct phases.

Phase 1 — Months 1 to 3

Landing

We map trust dynamics with key stakeholders and show how behaviour directly impacts trust-building. Weekly trust-mentoring sessions plus bi-weekly executive coaching.

Phase 2 — Months 4 to 6

Aligning

Close support as the leader settles into the organisation. Trust-mapping continues quarterly. Monthly 60-minute trust-mentoring sessions.

Phase 3 — Months 7 to 18

Embedding

Quarterly trust assessments. Monthly 30-minute sessions. Executive coaching on request.

The investment for the 18-month program is typically 18% of the annual salary, split into 3 parts. The final payment is only invoiced at month 18, when specific KPIs confirm the position is working out.
